Happy Half Birthday

Our little Lucy recently hit the six month mark. It seems like only yesterday we were flying down the road praying that she wouldn't be born in the car. She is the sweetest little baby we could ever imagine- not to mention smiley, cuddly, and oh so chubby. (Just the way we like them.)

Wearing one of the adorable headbands from Aunt Dawn. I love it.

She's been eating rice cereal and some baby food for a month or so now. She's slowly getting better but also still likes nursing. She wakes up two, sometimes THREE times at night to eat. Hey, nobody's perfect, right? She loves music. All kinds of music. It calms her down instantly most of the time. She will not take a pacifier no matter how hard we try, but usually goes right to sleep with not much trouble when I lay her down for naps.

Lucy adores her big brother and sister. She likes watching shows with Jackson in the mornings and watching him play and gets so excited when we pick Juliann up from school. Juje and Jackson are big helpers with her. Jackson calls himself "big, strong brother" and he's very right.
