WARNING: This will be an extremely long post with way too many pictures!
Here we go...
First, Doug celebrated his second ever Fathers day and his 28th Birthday:
He got some grilling things including a new grilling chimney and a manly apron. He also got a fancy schmancy pedometer and was dubbed "co-captain of the nerd patrol" second only to his unceasingly stepping dad.
His birthday was celebrated a few days early before we left on our trip with a birthday cake, and then again in Ohio. This cake was lovingly decorated by someone who must have been partially deaf and had limited use of their hands. We got a good laugh out of it though and it was really good. We love Dud.
We went to Doug's brother Ben and Dawn's wedding in Ohio:
Made some fabulous 4th of July cookies

Juliann dressed up like a princess and danced to my Dad's super old "Japanese tape"

We ate some delicious, garden-fresh veggies

Had fun feeding and chasing the animals

We went to a really awesome Braves game where a pitcher sprouted out of my head. (haha)

We picked some really good blueberries

Got some "bald" (boiled) peanuts, which you can't leave Georgia with out

Later we went to the beautiful Oregon coast with some friends:

Then we flew to Utah for Doug's brother Jake's and Karlie's wedding:

We also got to be there for my sister Megan's birthday. She is going to school at BYU for the summer.

Currently, we are finally home and thoroughly exhausted. No more adventures for at least a couple of days.

Then we came home for a week where it was 100 degrees and we didn't have air conditioning and Juliann got a horrible heat rash:

Juliann and I stayed at my sister Michelle and Nate's place in Utah for a few days where Juliann made her first best friends, her cousins, Addison and especially Bryn:

Put a baby picture of Shauna up next to Juliann's heat rash picture and you wouldn't be able to tell a difference. So cute!!
