Georgia Trip!!!

At the end of April, Juliann and I took a two week trip to the most wonderful place on earth... Home! We were gone the whole duration of Doug's law school finals, so we were able to stay totally out of his way. It was no small feat to get there and back, and we discovered that some people on planes think that children should not be allowed in their sight. On the way there, we went to all four corners of the country. We started in Portland, then to Phoenix, then to Philadelphia and finally to Georgia- all during the night! Man were we exhausted, but also so excited to be there. We were busy a lot of the time we were there. Most importantly, my sister, Rebecca got married. Everything was absolutely beautiful. My new little nephew, Jarett was given his baby blessing. We got to feed cows and collect eggs from the chicken. Juliann learned how to say "Moooo." We got to go to my brother Ryan's soccer game, which was so much fun. I went shopping with my sisters. I got to help plant the garden. We ate lots of icecream, played lots of "Just Dance" on the Wii, had a bachelorette party for Beck. I stole some fabric and craft books from my mom and made a hairbow and dress for Juliann and made lots of plans for other things I want to do. The list goes on and on. We had a fabulous time being with everyone and we can't wait to come back! (We decided we should bring Doug with us next time.)

My 14 year old sister Jenna surprised me with this amazing drawing of Juliann. I wanted to show the picture she drew it from too. It looks EXACTLY THE SAME!! I still can't get over it. She is so talented!

Here are just a few of the pictures I took while we were there. Click it to enlarge it.
