We are expecting a baby girl! She's due on May 12th. We are really excited for her to come. So far, pregnancy has been a breeze. I can tell she's getting bigger and bigger every day, and she's pretty fiesty. I am expecting her to come out with a black belt in karate, based on all the practice I can feel her doing in there. No, we don't have a name chosen yet. Feel free to post name suggestions as we are still looking for some good ideas. I included a picture of a dress I made for her with little bloomers. Hopefully it fits some time this summer. We'll keep you posted!

I went to a baby names website and made a brilliant discovery: Maconaquea. It is of Native American origin and means "captive white one." Pretty fitting (for the next 7 weeks, anyway.) Another selling point is that the name is unisex, so you can be prepared for any surprises when the baby is born. Maconaquea Mitchell. Nice ring, don't you think?
